My Fitness
I work out in the gym three or four times a week when I'm on Tour and at home. During my time off golf (which isn't a lot!) my personal trainer, Clive, puts me through my paces. If we do a cardiovascular session I do 20 minutes on the Bike and another 20 minutes on the Cross Trainer. We'll then work round all the weight machines - using weights that are not too heavy. I don't do anything specifically aimed at my golf swing but it is more geared to keeping fit in general as days on the golf course can be long and arduous and we have to cope with cold, heat, humidity, wind, rain and some times weather delays so it's really important to keep up my general stamina to make sure I'm prepared for anything out there on the course.
