Simon played in the Castello Masters Costa Azahar near Valencia in Spain, and shot rounds of 70. 69. 65 and 75 leaving him on a total of four under par and finishing in a tie for 57th.
Sweden's Michael Jonzon won the event with a four round total of twenty under par.
